PURPOSE:
The HR Coordinator & Front Desk Administrator plays a key role in delivering seamless employee experience and ensuring smooth daily office operations. This role provides administrative and coordination support across HR processes while serving as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a welcoming demeanor, a high level of confidentiality, and a passion for supporting people.

Base starting rate ranges from $27 to $30/hr. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
