HR is the custodian of the employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and leadership development, through internal mobility and employee relations, to the design and delivery of performance, remuneration and benefits frameworks.

The broader Reward team (chapter) includes Reward Consulting, Performance and Recognition, Reward Governance, Global Mobility and Executive Reward. The chapter supports the business to maximise return on its greatest investment - its people - and operates in an agile model, enabling work across prioritised initiatives and multi‑disciplinary teams.

You have built some great experience and established credibility delivering projects and solutions within large, complex organisations or consulting firms with a thorough understanding of performance and reward principles at a consultant or manager level and you are now ready for your next step!
