What you’ll achieve
As the HR Business Partner, Belgium, you will support the business working closely with the HR Director for North & Central Europe (NCE) in the operational excellence of the HR function across Belgium and regions, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Support and monitor HR processes whilst identifying and executing continuous improvement
On-board, off-board, employee data changes, compensation & benefits
Recruit and interview candidates for the NCE region
Provide management with hiring recommendations
Work on Employer branding activities in close collaboration with our regional marketing team
Support the Head of HR in implementing HR strategies and solutions
Support the business answering questions from managers and employees relative to policies and procedures

Essential Requirements
Experience working within a technology company in a similar HR role in Belgium
Relevant bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources or any other business-related studies
Excellent working knowledge of Belgian labor laws
Able to build strong relationships
Pragmatic approach to operational HR activities
Fluent in Dutch and English
Desirable Requirements
Good working knowledge of Workday
Understanding of Payroll & working with an outsourced payroll provider
Professional working proficiency in French
