As part of the development of our Northern Europe activities, you will join the team working on the E18/E39 infrastructure project in Kristiansand, Norway. This large-scale road and structures project is currently in the execution phase and involves multinational teams and subcontractors.
You will first undergo a training and handover period in Sweden (ASAP until end of January), followed by a training phase in Norway (February–March), before taking full ownership of the HR responsibilities on site under a 1-year temporary contract.
The position is based in Kristiansand.
As HR Business Partner, you will support project leadership and employees across the full HR lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include:
People Development & HR Processes
Supporting the rollout of People processes at the beginning of the year: training plans, performance reviews, salary review campaigns.
Preparing and coordinating the annual training plan, including needs collection, implementation and follow-up.
Project Support
Managing the demobilisation process for the E18 project (coordination with managers, admin follow-up, communication).
Providing day-to-day support to managers on HR topics and contributing to the animation of the HR function on site.
Employee Relations & Administration
Supporting disciplinary processes according to company procedures.
Ensuring consistent HR communication and correct application of local labour rules with guidance from the central HR team.
Transversal Activities
Participating in HR reporting and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices within the project.
Acting as an HR point of contact for employees and subcontractors on site.
5–6 years of HR experience in an operational environment.
Experience within the construction / civil engineering sector is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to support managers and work in a multicultural project environment.
Fluent in English (working language on site).
Ability to work under rotation and adapt quickly to a dynamic project context.
A proactive, structured and hands-on approach to HR topics.
Temporary local contract based in Kristiansand, Norway (first in Sweden / Boden)
