HR Business Partner, Chiller Plant

Location: Phulgaon, near Pune

What will you do?

This role is critical for the management of HR functions at the plant level, ensuring the seamless execution of HR initiatives aligned with corporate policies and objectives. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and act as a strategic partner, driving people strategies to meet operational goals, foster a positive work environment, ensure legal compliance, and drive operational excellence through effective talent management.

How will you do it?

As the Plant HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of HR programs and processes to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity.

  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits.

  • Overseeing recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the plant is staffed with high-performing employees.

  • Conducting orientation and training programs for new hires to ensure they are well-integrated into the company culture.

  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies while managing employee relations issues.

  • Collaborating with management to implement performance management and employee development initiatives.

  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Partner with the EHS team to promote a strong safety culture and special position daily operation management.

  • Familiar with the manufacturing management system and ensure meet the external audit and daily management.

  • Partner with department heads to forecast the hourly resources and reasonable workforce based on production schedules and business growth.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in HR management or generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
