HR BP Support-Shanghai (3rd party hire through Fesco)

China - Shanghai - Shanghai Full time

Main Responsibilities: 

  • HR Data, reporting and system support 

Collect, analyze and provide tailor made reports for responsible BU including Org. chart, HC, turnover etc. 

Guide business managers to input data into Workday in a precisely manner, and answer to system related questions raised by business managers 

Verify the data in system on a regular basis, make correction in a timely manner as required 

Be responsible for exit interviews and analysis 

Monthly turnover report and ad hoc reports as requested 

  • Support internal people movement and employee relations 

Support the internal promotion/transfer process such as cooperate with GBS and online services, provide and explain standard procedure/policy to managers and colleagues etc. 

Support HRCF manager and business managers in dealing with employee relations issues including documents preparation, progress tracking etc. 

Support on compliance remediation implementation and tracking the progress 

  • Support HRCF manager in implementing HR programs 

Support the program communication and track the completion rate, including performance management, compensation planning, talent development as well as local initiated programs 

Answer program process related inquiries raised by business managers 

Provide progress report and analysis on the program as required 

  • Support HRCF Manager in coordinating activities 

HRCF team meeting coordination and action plan follow up 

Assist in logistics for HR related trainings, meetings or other activities with BU and follow the post-training/meeting action and evaluation 

Assist in PPT preparation and translation as requested 

  • Be familiar with HR related procedure and HR all function’s responsibilities and assist business managers & colleagues to understand the process; 

  • Keep appropriate relationship with BU’s manager and colleagues through effective and efficient communication; 

  • Other tasks assigned by superior, and provide ad hoc HR administration support whenever needed; 

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred 

  • Human Resources experience preferred 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and working knowledge of PowerPoint 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritize with strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and creative 

  • Responsible and reliable with high integrity
