A Day in the life as an HR Analyst:

Join our HR Shared Services team, where you'll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Analyst I, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems, you'll handle employee inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the following preferred Fields of Study: HR, Business Administration or other business related field

  • No prior experience in HR administration and Shared Services is required but would be considered an advantage

  • Professional fluency in English and French

  • Relevant professional HR certifications are also advantageous.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and case management systems is preferred

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results

  • Professional demeanor and adaptability

  • Experience in benefits administration, time & attendance systems is a plus
