This position is based at our headquarters in Gdansk (Poland).

WHAT WE OFFER
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Perform and support all HR processes from hire to retire
Ensure accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle activities
HR Administration
Prepare, manage, and distribute HR documents
Maintain proper filing and documentation standards
Time & Payroll Support
Support time and payroll processes
Administer time and attendance systems and data
Leave Management
Provide administrative support for family-related leaves (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave)
Manage sickness absence processes
Data Quality & HRIS
Maintain high-quality and complete employee data in HR systems
Support reporting teams with data extraction and lifecycle-related reports
Compliance & Documentation
Monitor right-to-work expiration dates
Request and validate documentation for foreign employees
Team Contribution
Act as a point of reference for HR administrative topics
Share knowledge and best practices within the team
Global HR Processes
Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews and compensation processes
YOUR PROFILE
First experience in HR administration or a similar role (internship or apprenticeship included)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working with HR systems and data (HRIS knowledge is a plus)
Good understanding of administrative processes and compliance topics
Strong team spirit and willingness to support others
Polish: fluent
English: professional level (B2 minimum)
