HR & Accounting Offer (5 days work/ Onsite)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is Asia's leading Technology venture studio. 

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Accounting Officer to manage their human resources functions and accounting tasks. This role will involve managing HR processes and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

In this role, you will:

Human Resources duties:

  • Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth orientation process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Accounting duties:

  • Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records
  • Voucher input, invoice checking, payment and filing
  • Manger courier, letters, cheque bank in and document delivery if needed
  • Assist supervisor in daily work and in ad hoc assignments
  • Maintain proper bank balance

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and accounting roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR/Accounting software and databases is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
