We are happy to kick off the new 2026 edition of HP’s Finance Internship Program this summer. 

Who are we looking for? 

University students in Finance, Economics or Business Administration with fluent English and strong communication skills, willing to learn, ready to build relationships across cultures, with a desire to deep dive into the digital world, understand the industry and its challenges.

Join us for a paid 12/13 months internship starting July 1st with flexible schedule enabling to easily combine studies and work (30h per week), as well as be part of an exciting team that values your ideas, perspectives, and allows you to execute on your concepts. 

You will be able to choose which team to join – Workforce HQ, Commercial Organization Finance teams and more. 

Daily tasks: 

  • Conducting Financial Analysis and Reporting.

  • Using business application skills (especially MS Excel, SAP, Power BI). 

  • Working in a very dynamic environment.

  • Development of presentation skills.

  • Support of the month-end closing.

The base pay range for this role is 64000 PLN annually.
