About the role

At Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, we provide guests with an unparalleled experience of luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. Set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, our hotel is renowned for its exceptional service and elegant surroundings. As House Porter you will be a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring each guest enjoys a spotless, welcoming, and relaxing environment.

What you will do:

  • Assist with the movement and setup of furniture, equipment, and event materials.

  • Support housekeeping teams with linen delivery, collection, and stock management.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff requests.

  • Carry out light maintenance tasks and report any issues to the relevant department.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

  • Provide support during busy periods, events, and special functions.

What you will bring

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
