Support the BDC/Internet team by managing inbound and outbound customer communication
Schedule sales and service appointments
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Assist in tracking leads, performance metrics, and follow-up processes
Provide top-tier customer service while helping improve response times and workflow efficiency
Work closely with management and other departments to support daily operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with phones, email, and online customer communication
Basic CRM or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
