WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Asset and Project Coordinator for our Homeowner Services Department is responsible for providing high quality customer service to resort owners, business partners and BMR operating departments. The Asset and Project Coordinator will be responsible for auditing homeowner units, addressing deficiencies, FF&E tracking & replacement, refurbishment duties and preventative maintenance planning. This role requires constant communication with resort homeowners, all lodging departments, building property managers and all supporting third party business partners to ensure all units in the BMR rental pool are kept up to BLUE standard and Rental Management Agreement expectations.
Acting as a point of contact for incoming inquiries from homeowners and business partners.
Auditing Units; Communicating results of audits, from both Homeowner Services and Engineering Services
Coordinating purchase of and/or repair of items in homeowner units; Creating, tracking and following up on work orders generated from audits
Coordinating with the Homeowners any work requiring payment; coordinating with accounting any Homeowner billing issues; understanding and explaining rental income statements and respond to inquiries
Maintaining Owner files, relevant databases, filing systems and information sources (hard copy and electronic) to ensure records are current
Inputting and maintaining reservations as required
Assisting coordinating refurbishment projects as required
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Lodging/ Hospitality, Real Estate or Property Management
Exceptional customer service skills; energetic, friendly, cheerful attitude
Decisiveness with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
Intermediate computer knowledge; Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
Ability to lift and move inventory items when required (up to 40lbs)
Must have valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s license
