Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Full-Time & Part-Time

$25.00/hour + $0.55/mile mileage reimbursement

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. Job Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home care services following a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, including:

  • Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)

  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making

  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance

  • Range of motion exercises

  • Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts)

  • Medication reminders

  • Companionship and emotional support


Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient

  • Ability to follow a care plan and work independently

  • Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required
