Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive B2B sales hiring and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, and stakeholder handling, along with excellent communication skills. This role requires ownership of delivery, hiring strategy, and quality of hires across B2B sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver on B2B sales hiring mandates
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
  • Handle hiring for B2B sales roles across levels (SDR, BDR, Account Executives, Sales Managers, etc.)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Plan hiring strategy, sourcing channels, and pipeline approach
  • Track team performance metrics and ensure SLA and TAT adherence
  • Conduct regular review calls and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Ensure quality of candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Prepare and share hiring reports, dashboards, and market insights
  • Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of total recruitment experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in people/team management
  • Strong background in B2B sales hiring
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent market mapping
