HR / Scheduler Job Description
The HR / Scheduler position is responsible for overseeing the entire process of acquiring CNAs or HHAs, filling the schedule and finding replacements, and training any additional office staff. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our HR department consistently acquires new caregivers to keep up with shift needs, as well as maintaining a complete schedule which adhere to our standards. You will also be asked to use creativity and initiative in helping 2nd Family refine and improve upon the internal systems of the home office and applying our internal systems to satellite offices.

Pre-Hire Activities
Advertising consistently across several platforms that 2nd Family is currently hiring. You can use both free and paid services, though all expenses need to be pre-approved. Cultivate a consistent flow of job applications to select from. Pre-screen all job applicants based on 2nd Family criteria Schedule interviews with those candidates you deem to be interview-material Make sure all interviews are listed on the calendar and provide a copy of the resume and notes taken during the phone pre-screen to the interviewer.**Note** All potential new caregivers should be evaluated as follows: “Would I send this person to care for my own grandparent in a 1-on-1 setting?”
Onboarding Activities
Collect all necessary information on each new caregiver to complete an employee file. Go through all of the onboarding paperwork and get all necessary pages signed by caregiver. Email a copy of the Orientation Manual.Ongoing HR Activities
Ensure all caregiver information is entered into AxisCare accurately and timely and that all necessary documents are scanned and saved online. Collect updated copies of any caregiver documents that expire to ensure that the entire caregiver file is current at all times.SCHEDULER
Scheduling will be completed by close of business on Wednesdays for the following 2 full weeks Follow up on unconfirmed shifts to make sure the caregiver is aware and able to work Call, text, and email caregivers to fill shifts as needed Participate in the weekend on-call rotation Use your discretion in asking for office assistants or management to help with any scheduling tasks. We are seeking a Promotional Graphic Designer to support our team in delivering high-quality, custom-designed products and marketing materials in the promotional and manufacturing industry. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, with a strong emphasis on 3D product visualization and photo-realistic rendering to bring client ideas to life.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and develop unique design solutions based on client ideas and challenges.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in both print-ready files and 3D renderings, including layouts, textures, and specifications.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with working knowledge of Blender and Adobe Dimension.
Print Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of preparing press-ready files and print processes.
3D Visualization Skills: Ability to create photo-realistic product renderings using 3D modeling, UV mapping, and texturing techniques.
Communication & Collaboration: Works effectively with clients and internal teams to refine and finalize concepts.
Adaptability & Learning Agility: Comfortable learning new tools, workflows, and product specifications in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and produce high-quality printed materials including flyers, retail cards, hangtags, packaging, and marketing collateral.
Prepare press-ready artwork aligned with production and manufacturing requirements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts from initial ideas through final approval.
Create photo-realistic 3D product renderings to visualize custom products prior to manufacturing.
Develop simple 3D models using Blender and render them using Blender or Adobe Dimension.
Perform UV mapping and apply custom textures and graphics using Photoshop.
Ensure accurate representation of materials, finishes, branding elements, and product details in all renderings.
Support the design and development of custom products such as jewelry (lapel pins, medallions, coins) and soft goods (tassels, stoles, honor cords).
Produce visuals for webstores and marketing use, especially when physical samples are not yet available.
Refine and revise designs based on client feedback to meet project goals and timelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in print and product design.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Blender and/or other 3D design tools.
Experience with Adobe Dimension or similar rendering tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of print production and file preparation for manufacturing.
Experience in creating photo-realistic renderings and mockups.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong portfolio showcasing both print and 3D design work.
Experience working with custom promotional products or manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with packaging design and retail collateral.
Basic understanding of product development workflows.
Experience working with educational organizations or webstore-based product catalogs.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
