Are you a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Operations Analyst to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.-based client. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between sales, production, vendors, and clients—ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and exceptional customer experience across all stages of the order lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Critical engagement with decorating partners
Documenting action items and ensuring follow-up
Recording and conveying feedback
Monitoring production timelines
Communicating delays and issues to relevant stakeholders
Liaising with customers regarding order status and issues
Updating the Customer Success team on order progress
Resolving operational roadblocks
Addressing sourcing issues and communicating with customers as needed
Resolving shipment issues and providing necessary documentation
Monitoring transit times and reporting delays or lost shipments
Troubleshooting art file issues to ensure production stays on track
Managing expedited orders
End-to-end management of high-touch orders from sourcing, production, and logistics.
Keeping all relevant parties updated on order status
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing (promotional industry is ideal)
Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English.
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA) / Monday through Friday.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Experience with CRM tools and a structured, process-driven approach to work.
Familiarity with promotional industry software (e.g., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) is a plus.
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage.

Salary Range: PHP 33,000 – 37,000
