The DCX Client Services Home-Based Inside Sales Representative is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Distributor Account Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned distributor partners.
Build relationships with buyers, sales representatives, and account managers across distributor organizations.
Support distributor sales teams with product recommendations, pricing guidance, and program support.
Provide a responsive and knowledgeable experience that makes Fossa easy to work with.
Quote and Opportunity Management
Respond quickly to quote requests, pricing inquiries, and product questions.
Develop and manage quote activity within HubSpot to maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
Actively track quote opportunities and follow up to drive project conversion.
Recommend alternative products or upgrades when appropriate to increase order value.
Pipeline Development
Proactively generate new opportunities through outreach to distributor buyers.
Engage dormant or underdeveloped accounts to identify new projects.
Partner with leadership and the Sales Operations Manager to prioritize high-potential accounts.
Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Product and Program Selling
Educate distributors on Fossa’s apparel collection, retail inspiration, and key product features.
Recommend styles and collections that fit the distributor’s end client needs.
Assist with program development for corporate merchandise, events, and branded apparel initiatives.
Support the creation and distribution of virtual mockups and retail-inspired product presentations.
Sample and Project Follow-Up
Coordinate sample requests and ensure timely delivery to distributor partners.
Track sample activity within the CRM.
Follow up with distributors after samples are received to help move projects forward.
Convert sampling activity into active sales opportunities.
CRM Discipline and Data Integrity
Maintain accurate records of distributor activity, opportunities, and communication within HubSpot.
Update deal stages, contact information, and account notes to ensure visibility across the sales organization.
Follow CRM processes and standards established by the Sales Operations Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, customer care, and leadership to ensure smooth order execution.
Communicate distributor needs, project timelines, and potential issues early.
Support a collaborative environment that prioritizes distributor success and customer experience.
Performance Measures
Success in this role will be measured through:
Revenue contribution and bookings
Quote response time and quote-to-order conversion rate
Pipeline creation and opportunity management
Distributor engagement and account activity
CRM data accuracy and process adherence
Sample to order conversion
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of direct inside sales, account support, or business development preferred
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is ideal.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
Comfortable working with distributor partners in a fast-paced promotional products environment.
Confident recommending products, following up on opportunities, and helping distributor buyers move projects forward quickly.
Thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is motivated by contributing directly to revenue growth.
