You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and scalability. Job Responsibilities
- Validate and maintain the accuracy of commission calculations generated through the ERP system.
- Review system-generated commission calculations tied to paid invoices and ensure alignment with approved compensation plans.
- Perform detailed gross margin and commission validation across high-volume transaction activity.
- Investigate calculation variances, data discrepancies, and system exceptions.
- Prepare manual adjustment calculations when required to ensure accurate commission payouts.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Payroll teams to finalize monthly commission reporting.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls related to commission calculations and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards.
- Analyze revenue, margin, order volume, fulfillment performance, and vendor metrics.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform profitability and margin analysis across customers, products, vendors, and sales channels.
- Develop scenario models to support leadership decision-making.
- Maintain standardized reporting templates and documentation.
- Work within ERP systems and connected platforms to improve reporting automation and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational performance tracking.
- Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned.

- Salary Package: PHP 80,000 - 100,000

Additional Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst roles.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis).
- Experience building reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial and operational data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- SQL or database querying experience is a plus.
- Experience working in distribution, ecommerce, print, or high-volume transaction environments.
- Experience supporting commission calculations or financial operations processes.
