Join our rapidly growing BPO company as a Home-Based Financial Analyst at DCX. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial and operational data, validating commission calculations, and building reports that support leadership decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and scalability. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with large datasets, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Validate and maintain the accuracy of commission calculations generated through the ERP system.
  • Review system-generated commission calculations tied to paid invoices and ensure alignment with approved compensation plans.
  • Perform detailed gross margin and commission validation across high-volume transaction activity.
  • Investigate calculation variances, data discrepancies, and system exceptions.
  • Prepare manual adjustment calculations when required to ensure accurate commission payouts.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Payroll teams to finalize monthly commission reporting.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls related to commission calculations and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards.
  • Analyze revenue, margin, order volume, fulfillment performance, and vendor metrics.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Perform profitability and margin analysis across customers, products, vendors, and sales channels.
  • Develop scenario models to support leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain standardized reporting templates and documentation.
  • Work within ERP systems and connected platforms to improve reporting automation and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational performance tracking.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned.

Role Details

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
  • Written and Spoken English Skills: Very Proficient
  • Salary Package: PHP 80,000 - 100,000

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Strong experience working with financial data, reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and self-motivated work style.
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Additional Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis).
  • Experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • SQL or database querying experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in distribution, ecommerce, print, or high-volume transaction environments.
  • Experience supporting commission calculations or financial operations processes.
