The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Finance Associate will support day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client invoicing. This role works closely with the Finance Director and collaborates with internal team members to ensure accurate financial records, timely transactions, and smooth overall finance operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify issues, analyze discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments
Entering AP and reviewing and reconciling vendor statements.
Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with financial reporting and documentation
Work closely with the Finance Director on finance-related projects and tasks
Collaborate with internal Pride team members to resolve billing or payment questions
Help maintain organized financial systems and support general finance operations
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Finance experience, General Accounting experience, Bookkeeping experience, or a similar job position.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Knowledgeable in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 43,000
