We’re looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support partner brands by providing product and service information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Answering Billing Questions
Service questions about service dates and service providers
Responding to customers on online chat
Job site service issues
Transferring live calls to field managers
Cancel services - transfer live calls to field managers
Handling outbound calls
Providing terms of service calls
Providing customers with repair timelines
Contact customers regarding declined payments
Aid in rescheduling services
Support Field Managers as needed
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, Client Service Representative, or any related role.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500
Industry: Swimming Pool Construction & Renovation
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including 2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)) - CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday, occasionally on Saturday (USA)
