Are you a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving? We’re looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end customer order process, resolve product and service concerns, and maintain accurate records to ensure client satisfaction. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for managing jobs from receipt through execution.
Manage the timeliness, organization, and quality of all assigned orders
Oversee the production of creative designs, samples, proofs, and other client needs
Enter orders, place garment orders, and obtain client art proof approvals
Monitor orders through production and shipping, following up with clients on requests and updates
Position reports to the VP Sales and works closely with the art, receiving, production, and shipping departments.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:
Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred.
Knowledge of ShopWorks is a bonus, but not required

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,000
