We’re seeking a Home-Based Client Services Account Coordinator to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to customers and vendors, manage orders and communications, and ensure all client needs are handled efficiently and accurately. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Responsible for responding promptly to customer and client inquiries. 

  • Responsible for providing customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability. 

  • Responsible for updating the website. 

  • Responsible for creating presentation format and compiling data for the preparation of sales presentations. 

  • Responsible for documenting all order-related activities in various systems. 

  • Ensures up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 

  • Responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails. 

  • Responsible for providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. 

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience: 3-5 years of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience using promotional industry-specific software (such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore).

    • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

    • Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel.

    • Experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, or 3PL/Extensiv is helpful, but not a requirement.

    • Experience working and communicating within an ERP or CRM system, such as NetSuite or Salesforce. 

    • Experience managing clients’ inventory on a front-end website and in a backend WMS system. Tradeshow and/or event material management is a plus. 

    • Experience with handling and processing database files for distribution/drop-shipment. 

    • Experience with various carriers and familiarity with available shipping methods for both regular courier shipments and USPS mailings. 

    • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.  

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 55,000

  • Industry: Promotional

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
