As a Hire Manager based in Bristol you’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing a team of 4 Engineers, 2 Hire Coordinators and a team of drivers, ensuring the Hire division of the business is running smoothly
• Liaising with customers via phone and email to ensure orders are taken correctly, and contracts have been uploaded into the system
• Ensuring drivers are sending and collecting the correct plant equipment on time and sending engineers on-site to fix equipment
• People management including 1:1s, reviews and interviewing

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 4.00pm.
