Job Description Summary
Position is responsible for providing high-quality, efficient bank account administration services to support The Cigna Group’s global businesses. Manage an appropriate security environment of user entitlement, roles and transaction authority limits assigned to individuals, to safeguard The Cigna Group’s assets and meet international regulatory compliance. Train users on the use of global banking systems. Provide customer service on any matters related to bank administration. Perform quarterly user audits and support annual bank account confirmation process. Support process documentation and adherence to policies and procedures. Support officer/signer updates with the banks, as well as other bank projects as needed.
Responsible for administering the assignment of user access within The Cigna Group’s global bank account portals. Work closely with the Bank Administration team to assess users that need access to one of The Cigna Group’s bank portals and the level of user access needed. Perform user access audits on regular basis as prescribed in policies and procedures.
Provide timely training to users on the respective functionality assigned to each user. Work closely with each respective bank to supply appropriate training material.
Support the Bank Administration team on communication with the respective bank on routine service requests, such as account verification letters, transaction recalls, payment verifications, signer reviews and audits.
Support the Bank Administration team with the annual bank account audit of accounts and underlying data elements maintained in The Cigna Group’s global bank administration system and account diagrams.
Support the Bank Administration team with service and data maintenance with the banks as needed. This will include projects such as officer/signer updates, contact information updates, and service updates. Support other Bank Administration projects as needed.
Support other Bank Administration processes on a regular basis, including bank fee invoice payments and other reconciliation-related activities. This includes prior day cash flow activities and support related accounting entries.
Create and maintain procedure documents for all relevant procedures.
Comply with team service-level expectations and key performance indicators.

Dimensions: Supports The Cigna Group’s global businesses. Works with units within The Cigna Group’s global Treasury, business customers, and The Cigna Group’s banking providers and credit card organizations.
College degree. 5-8 years’ of work experience in a large global banking or cash management administration is preferable.
Working knowledge of global bank practices, management of bank workstation and bank administration systems, and Treasury processes that involve bank account services.
Proven experience managing a banking control environment and providing global oversight on bank administration best practices.
Ability to coordinate work of a team to meet customer service commitments with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of urgency and proven problem-solving skills to assess and resolve a variety of treasury banking issues.
High energy level, confident and proactive approach, as well as a sense of urgency.
