14x14 continuous day and night shift rotation

Job Description:
- Trouble shooting equipment and systems and performing repairs
- Utilize Caterpillar SIS, VIMS and ET daily
- Interface with Caterpillar, customers, product and sales support
- Providing support with reference to on-site safety requirements
- Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
- Various related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract
- Strong knowledge/experience of 797F C175 haul truck
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Dedication to safety. A safety leader to help drive a strong safety culture
- Completion of all Finning S-level courses
- Strong computer skillset including ET and VIMS
- Preference for advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
- Tier 2/4 & C175 series engines experience
- Experience in a mine or industrial setting is preferred
Important Notes:
- This position is located at D05 Kearl Facility on a 14x14 continuous day/night shift rotation
- Successful candidate will be required to stay in camp, while on shift
- A condition of employment is the ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol, fitness testing) and wear a respirator where applicable

- Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
