MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided:
WV: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License
OH: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License
3. Valid driver’s license.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Five (5) years’ experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Graduate of a trade school or community college course of study related to general facility maintenance.
2. 1D-Water Operators Licensure
EXPERIENCE:
1. Ten (10) years’ experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber.

1. Inspect, test, maintain, repair and install electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
2. Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs.
3. Performs preventative maintenance activities.
4. Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
5. Performs water testing, maintains chemical levels, and documents results as assigned.
6. Operates water softener system as assigned.
7. Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests and pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices.
8. Safely use various hand and power tools.
9. Installs new or replacement equipment.10.
Performs routine inspection of facility for safety and disrepair.
10. Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
11. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.
12. Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues.
13. Repair HVAC System
14. Installs conduit, mounts electrical sockets and installs specialized circuits throughout the building.
