The Health Manager is a people manager of the Health Representative team. They are accountable for the supervision, development and leadership of 10-15 Pfizer Health Representatives (HRs), sales performance of the business portfolio of products, development of superior virtual excellence capabilities across the team and business knowledge of the area landscape to assess key stakeholders and future trends within the business marketplace. This position will require regular coaching and observation of HRs and frequent customer contact as well as the development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and Account Management colleagues.
The HRM will ensure compliant execution by team members, driving understanding of relevant policies and guidance and advancing a culture of integrity. The HRM will partner seamlessly with BU leadership to deliver the optimal customer experience, advance capabilities, and performance on the achievement of sales and engagement metrics. Responsible for supervising operations of the assigned team to include hiring, coaching, representative development, and performance management. Effectively plan and operationalize a strategy to achieve assigned business and customer experience objectives, collaborating with BU partners and other cross-functional partners.

Demonstrates advanced virtual communication
Collaborated with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Commercial, Management and/or marketing experience strongly recommended.
1-3 years in vaccines area of previous pharma sales experience preferred with demonstrated results.
English level: medium desirable.
