About your manager

Eliška Hurychová is a Manager in PwC Broader Assurance practice. She has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. In her role, she supports clients and the team in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely transparency reporting outcomes. She also helps the team drive continuous improvements across day-to-day delivery. She is known for a structured approach, critical thinking, and strong ideas when tackling complex topics in a practical way. In challenging situations, she stays close to the team and provides steady support.

Job description & summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Analyst to join our multinational team based in Prague, Czech Republic. The position offers great growth opportunities in terms of knowledge, skills, and career path. The position is suitable for university graduates/students who can work on a full-time basis now or in the near future.

The key area of responsibility will lie in providing compliance reviews of Health Care Professional interactions and related spending, data reconciliation, and preparation of reports on a regular basis to clients. The Analyst will be on-boarded internally through intense training covering reporting requirements, transparency principles, and regulations. We also offer a wide range of training from soft skills to technical skills and embrace the drive for self-development.

The role includes but is not limited to

  • Preparation of Transparency reporting by collecting, reconciling, analysing, remediating, and summarizing data on Health Care Professional interactions and spending

  • Cooperation with clients’ key data users (sales & business representatives) for data follow-ups, analysis and reporting

  • Prepare regular updates and overviews for clients on KPI’s, data analysis and insights

  • Adhere to latest Transparency regulations and reflect these in data and reports preparation

  • Actively participate in internal process & system development

  • Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work

  • Maintain all process documentation and standards

  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments

Requirements of the role

  • University graduate interested in Health Care Compliance and data analysis

  • Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken) at a professional level is a must

  • Other language is an advantage (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Nordics)

  • Advanced MS Excel skills, previous experience with data analysis is an advantage
