Job Purpose:

Haleon Pakistan Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Taxation, Treasury, Insurance, and Retirement Benefit Funds functions. This role is critical to ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization, and it requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

​1. Tax Function Leadership:

• Lead the tax function for a listed company on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
• Ensure all relevant tax compliances are met, including coordination with tax consultants.
• Oversee timely processing of tax payments, audits, and compliance activities.

​2. Treasury Function Leadership:

• Lead the treasury function, coordinating with banks to ensure effective cash flow projections.
• Manage company funds efficiently, including capex investments and planning.
• Coordinate trade and cash spends, including handling letters of credit (LCs), bank contracts, and exchange rate negotiations.

3. Insurance Management:

• Lead general insurance activities and annual negotiations with insurance companies.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage and cost-effective insurance solutions for the company.​

4. Retirement Funds Management:

• Oversee retirement funds for employees at Haleon Pakistan Limited.
• Manage audits, fund payouts, withdrawals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.​

5. Special Projects:

• Lead special projects related to value addition in the areas of taxation, treasury, insurance, and retirement funds.
• Managing a team and drive growth and development for the team

Skills and Competencies:​

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in taxation, treasury, insurance, and retirement fund management, preferably within a listed company.
• Team and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial functions and delivering results.
