Responsibilities

Tax Reporting and Partner Allocations

• Executing and reviewing monthly and quarterly tax allocations, utilizing analytical skills to drive continuous improvement in tax estimate accuracy
• Performing effective tax reporting classification scoping and analysis to streamline general ledger tax reporting integrations and mitigate audit risk
• Consolidating and preparing tax schedules for external tax advisors in the annual K-1 reporting process, ensuring full compliance with IRS guidelines and expanded country reporting requirements
• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of tax filings across jurisdictions where Tower operates

Transfer Pricing & Compliance

• Reviewing transfer pricing transactions to ensure compliance with Tower policies and regulatory standards
• Managing the annual transfer pricing study with external tax advisors to ensure an efficient annual process

Review & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the first-line reviewer of external tax advisor K-1 reporting and related outputs, validating accuracy before escalating for final sign-off
• Serve as a key point of contact for partners and their respective tax consultants, providing excellent service and addressing questions or concerns promptly and accurately
• Handling additional ad hoc tax-related requests as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• 3-5 years partnership tax experience at a multinational public accounting firm or public/private mix
• Advanced excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, Index/Match, nested IF functions)

Preferred Qualifications

• Asset management experience preferred
• Transfer pricing experience preferred
• Highly technical excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) preferred
• Experience or willingness to leverage AI tools to help build scalable, streamlined processes

 

Anticipated annual base salary range $100,000 - $125,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
