We are looking for a Head of Supply Growth & Operations (f/m/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.
Supply is the core of our marketplace. Every landlord we onboard, every listing we activate, every booking we generate: it starts here. Today, the supply function is operationally active but analytically underdeveloped. Conversion rates are inconsistent. Lead qualification is unstructured. Performance drivers are not fully visible. The person in this role will change that.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. It is a business-critical function with full ownership of supply performance, unit economics, and team development — reporting directly to the VP Operations and working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and the executive team.

YOUR MISSION
You own the end-to-end supply growth engine: from landlord acquisition and lead qualification through to activation, first booking, and long-term retention. Your goal is to transform a partially fragmented system into a predictable, scalable, and data-driven growth function.
End-to-end supply funnel
- Own every stage: lead qualification and prioritisation, conversion, activation, first booking, and retention.
- Define which supply we grow — quality, geography, segment — and which we don't.
- Maximise conversion efficiency and ROI across all funnel stages.
Commercial strategy and performance
- Own the KPIs that matter: revenue from new listings, contribution margin after acquisition and sales cost, and time to first booking.
- Build a rigorous understanding of unit economics and supply-side performance drivers.
- Turn data insights into concrete, prioritised, high-impact actions.
System and process design
- Build a structured, data-driven operating system for supply growth.
- Introduce automation and AI tooling to scale efficiency without scaling headcount proportionally.
- Move the function from reactive, experience-based decisions to structured, intentional execution.
Team leadership
- Lead and develop a sales team of currently 4, with a clear plan to scale to ~6 and beyond.
- Drive performance through structure, clear accountability, and regular coaching.
- Build a culture where data, ownership, and continuous improvement are the default.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Performance Marketing on lead generation quality and volume.
- Work with Product on landlord experience and funnel optimisation.
- Collaborate with Data and BI to build the visibility and infrastructure the function needs.
- Represent supply growth at the executive level and in company-wide planning.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-have qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in marketplace, tech, or high-growth startup and scale-up environments.
- Proven track record in performance optimisation, sales operations, or marketplace growth.
- Strong analytical mindset: you work hands-on with data yourself, not only through analysts.
- Experience managing and developing teams with a clear ownership and accountability culture.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 required). German is a strong plus.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in consulting with a subsequent transition into an operator role.
- Experience introducing AI or automation into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with supply-side marketplace economics, pricing, or monetisation.
- Experience scaling processes in a 100–200 person organisation.
