Head of Strategy and Innovation

Indonesia is entering a new phase of integrated growth. As brands scale across media, commerce, customer experience, and data ecosystems, competitive advantage increases depend on how well these capabilities connect. 

At Dentsu Creative Indonesia, Strategy plays a central role in shaping that connection.  We are seeking a Head of Innovation & Strategy to expand and institutionalize a consulting-led, productized strategic capability; one that integrates Creative, Media, and CXM into unified growth solutions for clients. 

This is a leadership mandate to design how Strategy operates at scale across the organization and market.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and commercialize integrated strategic offerings that create measurable business value. 

• Embed Strategy earlier in client growth planning, partnering on priorities, investment allocation, and KPI frameworks. 

• Strengthen integration across Creative, Media, and CXM by designing structured collaboration models. 

• Define the operating model for Strategy, including capability development, governance, and product roadmap. 

• Elevate the strategic maturity of the organization through clear frameworks, standards, and thought leadership. 

A bit about you 

• At least 10 years in Strategy, Innovation, Consulting, Business Design, or Integrated Planning. 

• Currently operating at senior level, and ready for broader enterprise influence. 

• Experienced in building frameworks or services that moved from concept to market adoption. 

• Commercially confident, comfortable shaping conversations around revenue, growth trade-offs, and investment priorities. 

• Structured thinker with the ambition to build something that scales beyond individual engagements.
