HP Indigo’s Strategic Marketing team shapes the company’s long-term direction- defining how Indigo continues to innovate ahead of the market, differentiate from competitors, and deliver superior value to customers.
As Head of Strategic Marketing, you will lead the team responsible for defining Indigo’s future product roadmap, market and competitive analysis, new business creation, and other strategic growth initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Indigo’s innovation and go-to-market strategy are tightly aligned with emerging customer needs, industry trends, and HP’s broader business goals.
This role is part of HP Indigo’s Products, Strategy, and Business Development organization.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing strategic marketing team – attract, grow, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Drive Indigo’s long-term strategic roadmap, identifying market opportunities, new business models, and emerging technology trends.
  • Conduct and oversee deep market, customer, and competitive analyses to support key strategic decisions and product direction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, sales, product management, and executive leadership to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Champion strategic initiatives and innovation projects that expand HP Indigo’s market leadership and accelerate digital print transformation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing global strategy, portfolio direction, and investment priorities.
  • Establish and improve marketing processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance efficiency, insight generation, and decision quality.
  • Represent HP Indigo externally — articulating the company’s value proposition, strategic vision, and technological leadership to customers and partners.
     

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product or strategic marketing, preferably within technology or industrial sectors.
  • Proven strategic leadership experience in defining product direction, managing cross-functional teams, and influencing at senior levels.
  • Strong background in market research, business analysis, and innovation strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and initiatives across global or matrixed organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
     

Location

This position is based in Israel and involves close collaboration with global teams.
