Title: Head of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

The Head of Strategic Initiatives will work closely with Prove’s executive team to lead company-critical initiatives, drive strategic planning for specific areas, and ensure cross-functional alignment across various business units, ultimately accelerating market adoption and revenue growth.

 

This executive will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, working closely with the executive leadership team, to identify, prioritize, and lead company-critical programs that directly impact our sales pipeline and customer wins. This role demands a seasoned leader capable of navigating complex, ambiguous environments, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable results that enhance enterprise value and market leadership, specifically by equipping the organization with the strategic focus and operational excellence needed to surpass competitors.

 

This individual will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, proactively identifying and addressing strategic challenges, and delivering insightful analysis and recommendations to inform critical business decisions that maximize effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead company-critical initiatives and programs.
  • Drive strategic planning and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead programs that directly impact sales and customer wins.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive measurable results to enhance enterprise value and market leadership by enabling  strategic focus and operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations for critical business decisions.

Key Initiatives

  • Executive-Level Projects: Direct complex, strategic cross-functional projects (e.g., GTM pilots, strategic partnerships, operational improvements).
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies for messaging, board presentations, and market positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead the operationalization of key strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Narrative & Market Positioning: Refine the company's narrative and market positioning to engage stakeholders and enhance enterprise value.
  • Special Projects: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor on sensitive, time-critical priorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations. 
  • Proven success in leading strategic planning and performance management processes. 
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, ability to link strategy to metrics. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. 
  • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
  • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $240,000 - $285,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
