- 3-5 years in a management or team leadership capacity
- Demonstrated experience in bancassurance, product development, or wealth management
- Experience in the affluent or high-net-worth segment

- Drive revenue and sales targets for Sharia bancassurance products within the affluent segment
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with wealth advisors and distributors

Product Strategy & Development
- Design and develop Sharia-compliant bancassurance solutions aligned with the affluent segment's wealth and risk management needs
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure Sharia compliance across all product offerings
- Monitor market trends in Islamic finance and bancassurance to identify growth opportunities
- Establish product roadmaps with clear timelines and performance metrics
Analytics & Performance Management
- Track key performance indicators including product penetration, client acquisition, and revenue metrics
- Analyze market data and client behavior to optimize portfolio performance
- Generate regular reporting on business performance and market insights
