The Role
The Head of Sales, Southern Europe is responsible for driving revenue growth and trade volumes across MarketAxess’ product suite in Italy and Spain. The role leads new client acquisition and develops senior client relationships, ensuring effective onboarding, training and ongoing platform adoption (including STP connectivity). Working closely with buyside clients, product and global sales teams, the role brings actionable client insights to the business, runs a disciplined coverage and pipeline approach, and represents MarketAxess at key client events and industry forums.
