Responsibilities:
- Management and organization of the production and filling of chemical products
- Management and development of the production team
- Ensuring delivery capability
- Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection
- Planning and optimization of production processes
- Establishment and support of contract manufacturing processes, including customer contact
- Documentation and continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training (e.g. chemical egineer, technician, technical specialist) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in production, ideally in the chemical industry
- Leadership experience and confident manner
- Knowledge of quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection
- Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and English
