Capita Experience is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Personal Lines to lead and expand its Personal Lines division. This senior Capita Experience is seeking a Head of Personal Lines to lead the delivery of CBI-regulated insurance services in a dynamic, internationally delivered environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with CIP and APA-level qualifications and a strong foundation in operational and leadership roles, looking to take the next step in their career, to gain or grow their international experience.

This is a remote-based position with travel required to Cork and occasional travel across Europe, you’ll be responsible for performance delivery and customer success.

In partnership with peers across Europe, you will drive a strong risk culture that enables the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

You will engage regularly with clients and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence, while actively supporting the execution of a dynamic transformation roadmap, guiding the team toward a blended model of human and digital service delivery.

Job Description:

Key Qualifications, Behaviours & Capabilities

  • CIP, QFA or APA Qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7  role.
  • 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
  • Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
