This is a remote-based position with travel required to Cork and occasional travel across Europe, you’ll be responsible for performance delivery and customer success.

Job Description:
Key Qualifications, Behaviours & Capabilities
- CIP, QFA or APA Qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7 role.
- 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
- Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
- Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
