Harrods

Head of Partnerships

Hammersmith Full time

Join Harrods as our Head of Partnerships (12 month FTC), leading the future of luxury retail media and strategic brand collaborations.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Harrods’ Partnerships and Retail Media commercial strategy across all categories. You will drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen high-value partner relationships, and optimise the use of marketing and media inventory, balancing commercial success with brand integrity and exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the development and execution of the Partnerships and Retail Media commercial strategy in alignment with wider business objectives.

  • Owning the end-to-end B2B client account management strategy, including segmentation, lifecycle planning, and senior stakeholder engagement.

  • Designing and embedding a strategic inventory planning and yield optimisation framework to maximise revenue and performance.

  • Driving sales governance, forecasting discipline, and performance management across Partnerships teams.

  • Leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders to align commercial priorities and enhance ways of working.

About you

You are a commercially astute and strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering growth in complex, matrixed environments. You bring deep expertise in partnerships, media, or retail, alongside the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

To succeed in this role you will need

  • Strong commercial and strategic capability, with experience driving revenue growth and managing high-value partnerships.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and building capability.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
