U.S. Bank is seeking a senior, enterprise focused leader to drive performance management, execution transparency, and data enabled decision making across the Proprietary Products portfolio. This role sits at the nexus of product, sales strategy, technology, and analytics, partnering closely with executive leaders to establish standardized governance, performance insights, and operating discipline across a complex, multi portfolio environment.
The role is responsible for creating enterprise ready frameworks for reporting, metrics, technology prioritization, and strategic initiative tracking—ensuring leaders have the clarity, insights, and tools required to drive outcomes at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Performance Management & Reporting
Partner with the Head of Proprietary Products, five Portfolio General Managers, and the Head of Sales Strategy & Delivery to establish standardized reporting, insights, and performance measurement across all Proprietary Products portfolios.
Design and implement consistent performance views that enable comparative insights, trend analysis, and executive level decision making.
Sales Strategy & Delivery Metrics Framework
Develop and operationalize a comprehensive performance metrics framework for the Sales Strategy & Delivery organization.
Ensure consistent evaluation of execution quality, productivity, and overall business impact across sales delivery motions and channels.
Technology Strategy & Investment Prioritization
Lead the creation of a technology stack prioritization framework that defines required capabilities, sequences investments, and aligns technology strategy to the long term evolution of the Proprietary Products portfolio.
Support both product and sales delivery organizations by ensuring technology investments are intentional, scalable, and outcome driven.
Strategic Initiative Transparency, Governance & Reporting
Build and maintain a robust key initiative scorecard that captures strategic priorities, execution milestones, risks, and progress transparency across teams.
Establish disciplined KPI tracking, analytics, and reporting routines—including dashboards, executive analytics packages, and governance cadences—to reinforce accountability and data backed decision making.
Lead the development and management of Proprietary Products materials for monthly business reviews, PCS Leader requests and other executive forums.
Executive Scorecards & Data Enablement
Partner with the Database Management Team to design, build, and automate a Proprietary Products Executive Scorecard, integrating data from multiple systems.
Deliver a holistic, enterprise ready view of portfolio health and performance, enabling leadership to quickly assess progress, identify gaps, and take action.
LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
Operate with strong influence without authority, effectively aligning senior stakeholders across product, sales, technology, analytics, and operations.
Translate complexity into clarity by simplifying data, metrics, and insights for executive audiences.
Balance strategic thinking with operational rigor, ensuring frameworks drive real execution impact—not just reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in strategy, performance management, portfolio operations, analytics, or related leadership roles within large, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated success building enterprise level performance frameworks, scorecards, and operating rhythms
Strong experience partnering with and engaging senior executives and General Managers
Deep comfort working across data, technology, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from ambiguity to execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience within financial services, consumer products, or regulated environments
Familiarity with sales performance management, product portfolios, or proprietary products
Advanced experience with executive dashboards, data integration, and enterprise analytics platforms

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
