Job Description

To lead and direct the development of marketing strategies and plans for the Business in line with the business strategic direction.

Are you someone who can

  • Establish, align and manage targets and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
  • Develop a service culture which build rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
  • Increase participation in innovation, additional product awareness amongst staff, advertising campaigns and ensure implementation within budget and on time.
  • Develop and maintain position of expert and knowledge for Marketing teams through adding value and knowledge sharing of competitors, industry learnings, 360 reviews and relevant insight.
  • Develop a marketing management capability that allows for efficient conceptualisation, planning and delivery of marketing and media strategies throughout business.
  • Through analytical business thinking, translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices, developing and implementing appropriate interventions as well as ensuring compliance with Bank’s policies and standards.
  • Ensure a collaborative network across business segments and/or business units in order to implement effective marketing campaigns in the business units and achieve business objectives.
  • Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
  • Gather and disseminate accurate and timely information to all relevant stakeholders throughout the business and broadcast media.
  • Develop processes and measures to track effectiveness of communication campaigns.
  • Plan and manage performance, skills development, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

  • Have a minimum degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Have a Post-Graduate qualification in Marketing or any relevant field (it will be an added advantage).
  • Have 6-8 years working experience in Marketing with 3-5 years at Management level.
