What you will do:
Lead the Global IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering team across multiple domains (Data Center, Server, Storage & Backup, Network, Cybersecurity).
Set and execute the strategic agenda and roadmap for infrastructure modernization, security, and architecture.
Oversee global operations to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
Ensure services meet agreed SLAs and align with business needs.
Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to shape global demand and align IT investments.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and innovation within infrastructure systems.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across all infrastructure activities.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in senior IT infrastructure leadership roles within global organizations.
Strong expertise in infrastructure domains: Data Center, Network, Server, Storage & Backup.
Strategic mindset with ability to drive transformation and technical progression.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in English and German.
Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and modern technology practices.
Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
