Job Summary
The HP AM Head of Americas Service Delivery is accountable for leading end‑to‑end service delivery execution across the Americas region. This role drives operational performance, cost efficiency, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with HP AM Services & Operations priorities and HP standards for service excellence.
The role operates with broad autonomy, leading managers and geographically distributed teams, and contributes to global services strategy through execution excellence and cross‑HP collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Lead Americas Service Delivery execution, translating global Services & Operations strategy into measurable regional outcomes.
• Own and drive service performance management, with a strong focus on KPI discipline, cost‑to‑serve optimization, and continuous improvement (targeting sustained YoY cost improvements).
• Establish strong operational governance, cadence, and risk management to ensure predictable, high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and mentor senior service leaders; build and maintain succession plans for critical leadership roles.
• Advance service innovation by leveraging services industry best practices, digitalization, and AI to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders and collaborate with other HP service organizations to share best practices and accelerate impact.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.

Leadership Expectations (HP Career Framework)
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
