Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the Headquaters of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, is located in Hamburg. At NG, we coordinate the activities of the group and manage overall developments strategically. We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.

Our ERP systems and business applications support processes ranging from trading and logistics to risk management. To further professionalize and strategically align our product organization, we are looking for an experienced

Head of Digital Product Management (f/m/d)

to lead a team of product owners and be responsible for the product strategy for our ERP solutions.


Your responsibilities

  • Strategic product responsibility for our ERP solutions and the associated application landscape, e.g. responsibility for product vision, roadmap, projects, and priorities, partly at a global level

  • Leadership, coaching, and further development of a team of several product owners and project managers

  • Coordination of individual product owners to ensure consistent feature strategies, prioritization, and local/global roadmaps in consultation with the management

  • Stakeholder management with international departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance, compliance) and software development

  • Further development of the agile product organization: introduction/scaling of agile product management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Product Discovery)

  • Ensuring product quality, reliability, scalability, and compliance (e.g., regulatory requirements in the trading business)

  • Promoting a project- and product-oriented culture within the company


Your profile

  • You have already led and developed a team of Product Owners and you are proficient in the hands-on translation of business requirements into epics, user stories, and priorities

  • You understand system architectures, integrations (e.g., API, microservices), ERP architectures, and data buses

  • Several years of experience (ideally 8+ years) in product management, ideally in a leadership role (e.g., Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Head of Product)

  • Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally in a retail or commodity environment or a complex, global enterprise

  • Methodological expertise in agile product management practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Product Discovery) as well as CSPO certifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), as international collaboration is central

  • A university degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or comparable is advantageous
