We’re hiring a Brand Graphic Designer to help shape and scale the visual identity of Contentsquare.
You’ll be part of a high-performing Brand Creative team, partnering with motion designers and copywriters to create standout, high-impact work across every touchpoint. From digital campaigns to global events, you’ll bring our brand to life in ways that are bold, smart, and unmistakably Contentsquare.
This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll move fast, ship often, and sharpen your craft with mentorship from senior creatives who care deeply about the work.
What You’ll Own
Bring the Brand to Life
Design scroll-stopping visuals across digital, print, social, web, advertising, presentations, and beyond.
Power Big Moments
Create campaign assets for launches, activations, and high-visibility marketing initiatives.
Design for the Spotlight
Produce large-scale event graphics, signage, swag, and print materials seen by audiences around the world.
Build the System
Help evolve our design system, creating scalable templates and guidelines that keep our brand sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up.
Turn Complexity into Clarity
Partner with copywriters to translate complex ideas into clean, compelling visual stories.
Refine Relentlessly
Iterate based on feedback and performance insights. You care about craft—but you also care about impact.
Collaborate Without Ego
Work cross-functionally with creatives and stakeholders to push ideas further and deliver work that moves the business.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 2–4 years of experience in brand or graphic design (SaaS, tech, or agency experience is a bonus).
Have a portfolio that makes people pause—strong typography, thoughtful layouts, and versatile digital + print work.
Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion experience? Even better).
Understand print production and large-format design.
Sweat the details—but know when to zoom out and think strategically.
Thrive in fast-moving environments and juggle multiple projects with confidence.
Design with intention—balancing aesthetics, usability, and business goals.
Love feedback, collaboration, and raising the bar as a team.
