Head of DAX Sales, Audio (12 Month FTC)

Your new role: Head of DAX Sales, Audio

A digital specialist sales role responsible for revenue generation across Global’s market leading DAX Audio platform. This role requires a high standard of digital experience and knowledge, and will work collaboratively with the wider Global audio and programmatic teams to continue to evolve the DAX Audio offering, and drive incremental revenue from our agencies.

As the Head of DAX Sales, Audio at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the commercial sales lead for DAX Audio in the UK.
  • You will work with a wide variety of teams across the business to ensure DAX Audio stays at the cutting edge of digital audio technology.
  • You’ll help steer the strategic positioning of DAX Audio moving forward.
  • And deliver training + support for DAX Audio, including new product launches.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Developed strong expertise in the digital audio landscape and DAX Audio offering to influence stakeholders, champion capabilities, support the sales strategy, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Partnered with DAX Strategy and Agency Teams to refine existing collateral, create new materials, and present products effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Worked with the DAX BD Team to continue to support and upskill the wider Audio Sales Team, supporting a range of knowledge levels.

What You’ll Need

  • Revenue Growth Delivery: Drive ongoing DAX Audio revenue growth by executing the sales strategy, owning budget delivery, supporting forecasting, and identifying incremental opportunities with our agency partners.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead DAX Audio sales positioning by shaping collateral and launches, supporting Business Development Managers, and acting as a key link between sales and specialist teams.
  • External Representation: Represent DAX Audio confidently in market by maintaining strong agency relationships, sharing key proposition updates, pitching new opportunities to our advertising partners, and ensuring alignment across DAX and the wider Global Commercial team.
  • Attention To Detail: you’ll be working across multiple projects, with a wide range of teams – both internally and externally. Having a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once is critically important.
