What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a driven Solution Marketing Manager to support product messaging, sales enablement, and market research across a defined set of products within a broader solution area. The ideal candidate is a mid-career marketer who is comfortable operating as a strategic partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams — translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target buyers. This is an individual contributor execution role responsible for creating and maintaining enablement materials, marketing collateral, research documentation, and training programs. This person consistently monitors the competitive landscape, develops deep expertise in their assigned solution(s), and ensures Revenue teams are equipped and aligned to hit targets. A data-driven marketer, they actively support product and feature launches, contribute to pipeline acceleration, and play an active role in competitive analysis and insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop broad expertise across Bandwidth's solutions aligned to a particular market, understanding how our products address key pain points for business customers and communicating that value clearly across audiences.
  • Facilitate competitive intelligence efforts by building and maintaining battlecards, competitive collateral, and training materials that keep Revenue teams sharp and prepared.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to support solution launches and feature releases — operating within the product release cycle to craft relevant communications for partners and customers and execute clear, effective go-to-market plans.
  • Contribute to core messaging work, including value proposition development and messaging pillars, ensuring our positioning is aligned to attract in-market buyers and users.
  • Create a broad range of assets including presentations, product pitches, competitive battlecards, positioning documents, call scripts, sales enablement collateral, demo materials, video scripts, website copy, and more.
  • Attend prospect and customer meetings and gather intelligence through revenue tools such as Clari Copilot, surfacing direct product feedback and routing insights to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate and write proposals for RFIs and RFPs as needed; maintain solution marketing tools and systems including Highspot, Confluence, Drive, and internal intelligence forms.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency across a matrixed, global organization — owning and achieving personal targets while staying mindful of how they connect to broader team goals.
  • Attend industry events, monitor trade publications, and participate in seminars and webinars to stay current on market conditions, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

What You Need:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business/Communications, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of prior marketing experience, with 1 of those in a product/solution marketing or related market-facing role.
  • Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of the product launch cycle, the marketing funnel, and how solution marketing helps achieve revenue targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information into simple, audience-appropriate language and customer benefits.
    • Highly organized self-starter with a high say-do ratio and a deep sense of ownership over individual and team goals. Effective prioritization and time management, with the ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% is required.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience:
    • Telecommunications or Communications Software industry experience is a plus
