  • Leverage the creative teams (designers + creative copywriters) to raise creative ambition through strong briefs, high standards, and innovation in formats, narratives, and partnerships.
  • Lead and develop a team of global and local Comms Partners, bringing clarity, stability, and an effective operating rhythm in a matrix organisation.
  • Define and embed the Comms Ecosystem operating model post-reorg (scope, ways of working, decision-making, prioritisation), strengthening the function’s position as a trusted expert partner across the organisation.
  • Leverage tooling and GenAI to accelerate ideation and production, while keeping strong quality, brand consistency, and human-in-the-loop controls.
