About the role

The Head of Commission and Incentives APAC is responsible for shaping and leading the region’s sales incentive strategy to drive strong performance, fairness, and sustainable growth. This role designs and governs competitive commission and incentive plans aligned to APAC business objectives, while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations, the role combines deep analytics, operational rigor, and change leadership to deliver accurate payouts, actionable insights, and continuous improvement. • Performance Analytics: Regularly measure, analyze, and report on seller performance, quota attainment, and compensation ROI to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor to regional Sales leaders, Finance, HR, and Operations to align incentive structures with revenue goals.
  • Operations & Administration: Oversee the end-to-end process of calculating monthly/quarterly commissions, quota updates, and territory alignment, ensuring high data accuracy and timely payouts.
  • Change Management: Lead annual incentive planning cycles and communicate changes to incentive plans to stakeholders, fostering transparency and understanding.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales compensation analysts and administrators in the APAC region.
  • AI Fluency: Drive AI and technology adoption by promoting AI fluency, sharing best practices, evaluating tools, and partnering with business, IT, and leadership to enable effective change. Improve productivity and workflows by identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance decision‑making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
